Congratulations Prof Wong on winning the Special Commendation award in light of your contribution to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), which shared the Nobel Peace Prize 2007 with former US Vice President Al Gore, and being the only Singaporean to win the Nobel Peace Prize!
